one of the annoying things about living in oz the annoying flies that follow you everywhere you go. they are smaller than the flies in south africa, but have this annoying habit of trying to crawl into your mouth while seeking water. they love you all the more if you wear dark colours, so if you're wearing black you can find your back crawling with them.

in an attempt to rid the place of flies, in public areas, the ozzies provide bags for you to pick up your dog crap:
